I thought it was one of the best movies of 2004 so far
And James Garner and Gena Rowlands as the elderly couple were amazing...

hiya john, i heard james garner gave the performance of a lifetime....can't wait to see it...but hasn't reached these shores yet...hkg seems to prefer the action and thriller genre...but give it time, it'll be here for a short run eventually and i'm looking forward to it...course my dvd 'source' in thailand may be offering it before it gets here...which is even better
tonight...i'm off to see 'collateral'

I want to see "Collateral" too...but it's not out here until mid-September
This weekend is "I, Robot" for me...
And also in August there's "The Bourne Supremacy" and "The Village" *L
But going back to "The Notebook", it'll be worth tracking down, Fi...
And if James Garner doesn't get at least a "Best Supporting Actor" Oscar nomination, I'll be very disappointed *L
